To report any dogs in the sanctuary (with or without an owner), or offleash within the vicinity of the sanctuary, contact the Glamorgan Spring Bay Council. Also report any damage to fencing or signs. There are numerous, highly visible signs indicating that the sanctuary is a dog prohibited area along with signs asking people not to enter the sanctaury. Any human activity inside the sanctuary is also going to have a detrimental effect on the birds, particularly during the spring/summer breeding season. Please provide photos to council and us if possible in order to assess the correlation between dog and/or human activity and a change in bird numbers and breeding.
